CK SPORTS offers a variety of training classes for the person just wanting to get active to the experienced athlete wanting the extra push. Our classes run throughout the year and range from a six week program to a 22 week program. All of our classes are sized for individual attention allowing each participant to get one on one guideance. In addition, the classes will include speakers that will discouss anything from nutrition and sports foods to massage therapy and flexibility sessions.
The following explains each training program:
Beginning Walk to Run Class – $220.00
The beginning Walk to Run Class takes a person from walking to running two miles without stopping. This class will meet two times a week at a local track / park. In addition to instruction on running/walking, the class will include some strength training and flexibility exercises.
The Fall Marathon/Half Marathion Classes $220.00 / $179.00
prepare runners for marathon races in October and November. These races include: Portland, Chicago, Twin Cities, St. George, Columbus, Marine Corps, New York City and many more.
Winter Marathon/Half Marathon Classes $220.00 / $179.00
are designed for runners whom are targeting late November and December races. These classes will begin in July and will prepare you to run the DRC Half, White Rock Marathon, Las Vegas Marathon, or other late November or December marathons and halfs.

The Spring Marathon Class/Half Marathon Classes $220.00 / $179.00
are designed for marathons and half marathons that are scheduled in April and May. These races include Big D Texas Marathon, Rock and Roll Half, Heels & Hills Half, Paris Marathon, St. Louis Marathon & Half, London, Boston, Country Music, Big Sur, OK City, and Flying Pig Marathons.
